Wizkid calls third son, Zion, his 'life and everything' as he turns 1

Wizkid has referred to his third son, Zion, as his 'life and everything' on the young Balogun's first birthday.


The singer took to his social media handles on October 29, 2018 to shower accolades on his youngest son while he was away in India for a performance.
He wrote, "My love my life my light my everything !! Thank God! ❤️❤️ baby boy 1❤️❤️❤️ love u Zi."

Ohanaeze directs Igbos to vote for Atiku, Obi in 2019 presidential election

The Ohanaeze Ndigbo has directed Igbos to cast their votes for the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, in the February 16 presidential election. The endorsement of the former vice president was announced by the President General of the Igbo socio-political group,  John Nwodo , in a statement released on Thursday, January 24, 2019 after a meeting of the Ime Obi, the group's highest decision-making council. He noted that the decision was carefully made in consideration of many issues, especially in regards to the plans of candidates on the restructuring of the federation. The group also noted that Atiku's choice of  Peter Obi , a former Anambra State governor, as his running mate gives the Igbos an opportunity for inclusivity in government. Truck crushes mother, children to death in Anambra

A woman and her two children were on Friday crushed to death by an articulated truck along Otolo/Okigwe road in Nnewi, Anambra State. The deceased was said to be on a motorcycle with her four kids when they were knocked down by driver of the vehicle, with REG number AWK- 575- ZW. A witness, who identified himself as Theo, said the truck driver was on top speed when he suddenly lost control and rammed into the motorcycle. The State Police Public Relations Officer, Haruna Mohammed, confirmed the incident, saying the woman and two of her kids lost their lives in the accident. He said the other two children were rescued and were responding to treatment, while the driver was still at large.
